Enterprise 1 is an innovative 10,000 square-metre workplace that allows the University of Wollongong’s collaborative businesses to share a unique campus environment while enjoying direct access to students and graduates.

The new building is set on the Innovation Campus, a 33 hectare research and commercial precinct established by the University to drive partnerships and collaboration between the research and business communities.

Bates Smart with Richard Crookes Constructions has won the tender for the redevelopment of the Kensington Colleges at the University of New South Wales.
