CLAYTON UTZ NEW PREMISES
1 BLIGH STREET, SYDNEY

Australia’s first 6 Star Green Star high rise building at 1 Bligh Street, Sydney is now the Sydney home to one of Australia's largest legal practices, Clayton Utz.
The base building qualities are well aligned with Clayton Utz's core values of transparency and integrity.

Bates Smart Director Simon Swaney says "The interiors respond to the base building so that together they read as a single entity and define a strong identity for Clayton Utz."
The entire fitout spans 15 levels of 1 Bligh Street.
